Mindful Origins Course is a six-week experiential program designed to help you reclaim your natural state of presence—not through willpower or effort, but by realigning the environments that shape your thoughts, focus, and emotional well-being.
Through weekly virtual sessions and short, self-paced daily activities, you’ll experience firsthand how profoundly your surroundings affect your state of mind. You’ll begin to quiet the mental overdrive, rediscover embodied clarity, and reconnect with what matters most—your values, your relationships, and life itself.
Rooted in the Mindful Origins Framework©, this program systematically addresses the six key ecological factors that influence your cognitive state. Each week, we focus on one of these domains to dismantle the "cage of mind"—the subtle yet powerful forces that pull you out of presence and into your head.
What You’ll Experience
Each week focuses on a specific layer of your cognitive ecology:
- Week 1: Return to your senses — align with the bodily environment
- Week 2: Reconnect with your values — restore the psychological environment
- Week 3: Strengthen authentic relationships — align the social environment
- Week 4: Challenge societal conditioning — shift the cultural environment
- Week 5: Redesign how you work and learn — address the economic environment
- Week 6: Reconnect with natural systems — align the physical environment
Rather than asking you to manage your thoughts better, this program helps you change the conditions that generate mental overwhelm in the first place. The result is sustainable access to natural awareness—without needing to retreat from your real life.
