Designed around the arc of Calm → Clear → Connected, this experience uses the quiet, honest presence of horses to help you come back to yourself—not through effort, but through a rediscovery of something innate. An open awareness that lies just beneath the surface.
This version of the workshop takes place outdoors in a quiet paddock or arena. There’s no riding. No performance. Just the chance to experience your open and innate awareness that emerges when the mind naturally settles.

Most people today are stuck in their heads—spinning in thought, disconnected from their bodies, their values, and the moment they’re actually in. That state has become so common, it feels normal. But it’s not natural. It’s the result of environments, habits, and cultural stories that keep awareness trapped in the mind.
The Mindful Origins Experience helps you step out of that mental overdrive—not by trying harder, but by creating the right conditions for your mind to come back to its natural equilibrium, a state in which awareness is open and evenly distributed across external sensory input and internal psychological experience.
We call this state natural mindfulness. It’s not something you practice. It’s something you remember—something that reawakens when the world around you invites it.
What to Expect
This 60- or 90-minute immersive session invites you to explore the environmental factors that keep your awareness internally focused, which reinforces non-stop mental chatter and racing thoughts. You will then experience what its like when awareness returns to its more natural and balanced state: grounded in the body, receptive to its environment, a lighter focus on your inner monologue, and more attuned to what brings a deep sense of meaning and connection to your life.
No techniques. No performance. No effort to “quiet the mind.” Just a setting which allows the mind to return to its more natural state.
